I had assisted Leonie with finance in the past, and she was recently referred back to me by Phil Wong as she didn’t realise I had sent up dm consult mortgage + insurance. She needed finance for her next project so we reconnected.
What is great about Leonie is she is always looking to keep on improving her position, and to provide a better life for herself and her daughter, and she is therefore prepared to push the limits to achieve her next goal.
Whilst there had to be a compromise to achieve her next purchase she now owns another house.
