Jack and Dana are first home buyers, but they wanted to build their first home in Central Hawke’s Bay as a stepping stone. They had a contract on a section and needed someone to organise the finance for the build. During the process Dana and Jack saw the benefit of third party assistance which placed them in a stronger position to obtain a competitive approval with no additional costs.
Out of the blue Dana and Jack decided they liked the idea of a new relocatable home rather than a straight build. This could have given Darrin a cardiac arrest but he surveyed the changed lay of the land, listened to what Dana and Jack needed and came up with a solution.
