Bree and Michali had purchased a section. They had spoken to their bank directly who pre-approved their application, but due to miscommunication from their lender the deal fell over, so they needed to find a solution.
They were referred to dm consult to find an option to enable them to build their dream home. Bree and Michali weren’t to fussed about who the lender was going to be, they just needed a bank to support their application, however they needed someone who had the knowledge and skill to achieve their finance objectives.
Darrin sourced the option they needed after having to jump through a few hoops and now they are looking forward to the beginning of the building process which they have agreed to share with us in photo and video via our Facebook page.
