Darrin has helped this lovely couple with their finance for 20 odd years.
In a lot of dm consult’s posts we introduce young couples buying their first homes, however Trish and Bill are at the other end of the spectrum as they plan to be debt free when they both retire over the next 5 years.
Darrin caught up with them recently to see how their plan was going to achieve their goal.
The business relationship Trish and Bill have with Darrin as their Mortgage Adviser has been long term. Over the years Darrin has re-fixed and restructured their loan, obtained finance for them when they needed funds, and assisted with their plans to repay debt, which is the whole point of using a Mortgage Adviser.
