Good Mortgage Advice and a new Family Home!

Meet Cindy & Mitch who have been referred to Emma by Cindy’s brother. Cindy & Mitch are looking to move into a more family friendly home and were curious to explore their options and  know what their lending capacity was to do this. With the sale of an existing home required, they also needed to get some good mortgage advice around the timing and how they could manage the sale and purchase to meet with the banks requirements. With the assistance of mortgage advisor Emma on the finance side of things, Cindy and Mitch worked with their real estate agent and lawyer to secure an unconditional offer on the existing property in order to get the unconditional finance approval required to purchase of their new family home.
