We met Briar, Sam and their two lovely children earlier this year when they embarked on the start of their journey to home ownership!

With property prices still on the rise, their sights were set on maintaining a good lifestyle so they felt a move to Central Hawke’s Bay fitted in with their current stage of life.
As first home buyers, Emma guided Briar and Sam through the process of obtaining Home Start Grants and withdrawing their Kiwisaver Funds, and provided them a pre-approval to start looking at property options.
Some months down the track and they are now getting ready to pack up and move their young family to start this new phase of life!!
