Ashlee has used dm consult’s services in the past, she had sold her house and had approached the bank directly with Adrian for a financial approval which they had received. However, they got a little frustrated with the approval conditions and the lack of clarity in regard to the explaining of those conditions. So, they gave dm consult a call who was able to give them clarity in regard to the approval conditions which enabled them to move forward to purchase a house together, but this time they had two bank approval options to consider. Both Ashlee and Adrian are Stoked with the outcome.

The moral of this story is, there may potentially be more than one option, and banks can have different approval conditions.
