Abi and Connor were ready to dive into buying their first family home, so they booked a meeting with Emma to help them navigate this new adventure. Emma broke down all the financing options for first-time buyers and walked them through the different criteria. With Emma’s guidance, Abi and Connor got themselves prepped for the preapproval process. Once they had the confidence that comes with preapproval, they began their house hunt.
