Cathy and Blair were referred to dm consult by Blair’s father and well known Real Estate Agent, Ross Morgan.
They have very busy lives looking after their business (Pit Stop Napier) which they have owned for 10 months, plus they love to spend time with their little two year old daughter Amber.
They needed to obtain finance quickly to meet a Tender Deadline and required assistance with that application process while they tried to sell their property at the beach unconditionally. They needed to do this, so they could place a cash offer on a pretty special lifestyle property with 600 year old native trees on the land, which is a rarity so close to Hastings and Havelock North.
Darrin was able to find a supportive bank who approved finance and Ross quickly sold the beach property, which meant it was game on for the Tender.
They put their best foot forward with an offer and whilst it was a very stressful time waiting to hear if they were successful or not, they were rewarded with winning the Tender!
Blair and Cathy are over the moon and Amber will be too when she realises what her parents have purchased and the lifestyle it will provide the family.
