Colin has been a business owner in the Shearing Industry for many years, and Darrin has been fortunate to have dealt with him on his journey for 20 years.
Recently Colin approached Darrin as he had an opportunity to buy the other shareholders shares’ which he was motivated to do.
They gathered all the relevant financial information to submit an application to Colin’s personal bank and the Businesses banks. Both were unsupportive of his application, so we approached another lender who he had no relationship with, and achieved an unconditional approval once he had met the banks conditions.
