Meet Emy and her father Michael,

Emy’s parents know the difficulty for young people to get into the property market, therefore her parents have in one way or another assisted her siblings into property. It was no different for Emy when she wanted to purchase her first property. However when they approach the Bank they hit a brick wall with little or no Indepth explanation as to why they couldn’t obtain finance. They were then referred to dm consult who firstly explained why their approach to the bank didn’t work, then we focused on how Emy’s application could be approved. Based on that agreed course of action dm was able to obtain two approval options one of which was from the family’s incumbent banker.

On top of this Emy had a contract on a property which had a finance clause that needed to be met.

End result Emy was able to purchase her first house. This is a pretty big dive into the deep end of the finance pool however Emy is confident she won’t sink but swim, which should be celebrated with an Emy award!
