Meet Janette, Vahri and Jo

This young couple, Vahri and Jo, had popped into dm consult hoping to speak with Darrin about purchasing their first property. Fortunately for them, Vahri’s grandmother Janette was keen to assist her granddaughter and grandson in-law onto the property market like she has previously with other family members.

Darrin showed them the options where Janette could assist, and together with Vahri and Jo, they decided on which option they would like to pursue.  Darrin then approached the banks, and applied for the finance which enabled them to purchase a property for rental investment purposes.
