Another successful first home ownership story! This started when Natalie & Tyler made contact with dm consult to look at their finance options. They already had a good idea of the property market. They just wanted to confirm the next steps towards their first homeowner goals. Emma assisted them by explaining the pros and cons of different lending options. Together they made a plan to proceed to gaining preapprovals. Feeling confident in their ability to purchase and become first homeowners, this lovely couple set about house hunting. They were able to secure a contract on a home that they’d call their first within just a couple of months of starting the process.
