Meet Charlotte and Ben,

Charlotte is a first home buyer and Ben is purchasing his second property. Charlotte’s dad referred them to Darrin, knowing he could assist this young couple with the process of marrying their two financial positions together and applying for a joint home loan.

The process was a little daunting for Charlotte as she was entering uncharted waters as a first home buyer, but Ben supported her by sharing his knowledge from purchasing his previous home.

Darrin answered their questions pertaining to the process and discussed the options available to them. This eventually resulted in a pre-approval followed by an unconditional approval, enabling them to purchase their new home.
