Jade had arranged a pre-approval with her own bank to buy her first home, and she was really excited to be able to purchase the home she and Pip were already living in.
After the Sale & Purchase Agreement was signed, Jade’s deal hit a wall! The bank Jade was with had some restrictions relating to the building materials used on the exterior of the house.

Jade was then referred to DM Consult to find an alternative finance source, as changing banks was a much better option than finding a new house to buy.
Jade met with Emma and they discussed all the options and ended up finding the ideal solution that meant there were little restrictions to Jade’s lending, and a much better deal came out of it in the end.
