Larry and Charlotte were referred to dm consult by Larry’s Craggy Range Chef & colleague – Stephen.   They moved to Nouvelle-Zélande from different parts of France, meeting in perhaps the most romantic place in this fine land – Queenstown. Taking the leap of faith together with a bungee tied to their ankles, they became a couple, however this was no short fast trip up the Shotover River as they planned a life time together as residents of Aotearoa. 
Queenstown is an expensive place to live so they looked for career opportunities around the country and found another jewel in Nouvelle-Zélande’s crown to move to – Hawke’s Bay, where property ownership is still within reach.
They needed assistance with finance to understand the pros and cons of 80% LVR and over 80% LVR borrowing, so that could make a decision on the best option which would offer them the least course of resistance. At the end of the process, they had two options to choose from when they found and purchased a property. They then put a loan structure in place that met their debt reduction and repayment needs.
