Darrin started working with Blair and Emma in 2019 when they identified an opportunity to buy a section and build a house together in Clive. The process was lengthy due to the time it took for title to be issued, selling an existing property, the complication of Covid-19 and having to obtain pre-approvals along the way. Darrin was there to support Blair and Emma on their building journey and again when it was time to finalise the loan structure.

With us, it’s not just about organising the finance, it’s being there for the client to organise each drawdown until code of compliance is issued and providing advice to assist with a final loan structure that will suit their needs.

To draw parallels, without irrigation there are no blooming flower beds, without flowers there are no florists, without florists there are no bouquets. This means there are a number of factors in achieving a successful end result.
