Meet Carly & Damian

They are long term clients of Emma. When they were originally looking to purchase a second home for investment purposes, they contacted Emma to discuss the options and to get preapprovals. There was varying criteria across different banks, but Emma always has the clients best interests in mind! Emma sourced an approval from their existing lender as well as a second option.
