They have been clients of dm consult for some time, we have assisted them with finance for their previous property. Since having their twins which made them a family of 6, they looked to sell their house and buy a larger property to accommodate them all.
However, they found it difficult to find the ideal existing property, so they looked at buying a section to build a house.
Whilst it didn’t take long to sell their house, it took a long time to sort out the costing for the building project, dm consult was there with them to renew their loan approval while they worked with the building company.
Last week dm consult received their first request to pay an invoice for their new house.
