We met with them on a Monday afternoon and it was all hands-on deck! Danielle could not get an appointment with their bank in the timeframe so decided to call on dm consult to get the job done. They had unexpectedly sold their house in the weekend and had bought another which required finance within 5 days. As we all know right now that is like walking on water, but Amy Walker was up for the challenge. We quickly organized the finance for them which gave them an unconditional approval to be able to confirm the purchase with a beautiful peak view!
