With the First Home Loan caps recently increasing, Faith and Sheldon took the leap and approached dm consult to see what they could afford to borrow.  After Amy talked them through the process we sent off to the banks for a pre-approval.  Quickly Faith and Sheldon found the perfect property and a few days later their offer was accepted.  Working with Amy to a deadline, the couple received an unconditional approval from the bank and finally they could relax knowing they had managed to buy their first home!
