Meet Mel & Dylan.
They approached dm consult back in 2018 to assist with obtaining a finance approval and with Emma’s help they received an approval and started looking at the possibility of building. With land scarce, Mel and Dylan reassessed and decided to look at buying an existing property at a later date. Fast forward to 2019 and these guys set themselves the New Year’s task of buying that house. With Emma’s help, they explored all of the finance options to suit their circumstances and started house hunting. The market tested these troopers, but they soldiered on and with Emma’s guidance on the finance front they finally won the property battle and are soon to officially be home owners! Mission accomplished.
