They have used Darrin on several occasions when they purchased their first and second homes after moving to NZ from the UK. In 2021 they decided to give the UK another go for themselves and their children. But now they have returned and required Darrin’s services again to hop back onto the property ladder.
Darrin was able to walk them through the changes to the process when it comes to applying for finance in New Zealand.
They were fortunate to have a couple of options to choose from, deciding on the least course of resistance by running with a New Zealand owned bank.
They are very happy with their decision to move back to their homeland NZ, after experiencing what’s happening in the UK.
I asked them what it’s been like returning to New Zealand and they said: “It’s like slipping on a pair of comfy slippers”
