Meet Lesley, Tom and Starla,

Lesley has been one of dm consult’s first clients and has used Darrin’s services on a number of occasions.

This time around she, along with her son Tom and daughter in-law Starla, wanted to change the ownership of their house and associated home loan into their joint names.

They contact Darrin to go through the process, then applied to Lesley’s bank for finance.

When the bank was comfortable with the structure of the borrowing and ownership, the loan was unconditionally approved.

This is an example of a family supporting each other but being prepared to go through the formal legal process to make sure everyone is protected.
