Meet Shaiann & Saphire
These are the lovely children of camera shy Rose & Dwayne, who are looking forward to moving in to their new home. Rose approached dm consult with the future plan of buying their own home, but wasn’t sure what was required to get there and how far in to the future it was. With Emma on board, Rose learned that the time was right and once they’d gone through the application process Rose & Dwayne had a pre-approval for finance. Having options was important, so Emma was able to secure approvals for both building and buying an existing property for this lovely family. After some serious house hunting, which included some changes to approvals along the way to meet new finance requirements, the boxes are being packed ready to move into an existing property.
