I was fortunate many years ago to assist Colette with finance when she purchased her first house. Roll forward to 2019 and collette re contacted dm consult as she and her husband Sean were looking at selling and building.

They needed someone they trusted to organise the finance for them and to be there to support them through the process. Obtaining an approval was a formality due to their financial position, therefore they had two options to choose from.

Meeting the building loan conditions was helpful for Colette and Sean as it enabled them to identify their first building option wasn’t for them, so they moved on to a far better option for them, their daughter and two dogs!

Now Sean and Colette are able to embark on the sometimes testing and stressful building journey. However, the reward will be their brand-new home at the end of the project.
