Meet Sheena

After spending time living in the south island, Sheena returned to the Hawke’s Bay and decided it was time to settle into property ownership. Having previously met Emma, Sheena got back in contact to get some advice on the current criteria after much reported change in the lending space. Sheena was able to get her ducks in a row quickly and soon found the ideal property to purchase and was able to get the unconditional finance approved to confirm the purchase of her own home.
