Meet Milson and Taylor,

This vibrant young couple dealt with Darrin two years ago when they were considering buying their first house.  They attained a pre-approval, but due to circumstances at that time  decided they weren’t quite ready to hop on to the property ladder.

Roll forward to 2024 and they have reconnected with Darrin from dm consult. They were ready to go through the pre-approval process again to purchase their first house. Milson and Taylor are a young couple who are doing well for themselves, they have great careers which are going from strength to strength, and this puts them in a strong financial position, resulting in their loan application being approved!
