Meet Louisa & Luke

Following a recommendation from friends who Emma had helped into their first home, Louisa & Luke got in contact to start the process for themselves. The path to first home ownership is not always easy but Louisa & Luke took on board Emma’s initial advice and set to work towards their goals. Once they were ready to start the process of obtaining a preapproval it was plain sailing since they were well prepared and they received the approval they wanted. The next step was to find a suitable property and after some persistence in the market, Louisa & Luke found the right property for them and with Emma’s help all the conditions were met with ease and they’re now eagerly awaiting settlement day!
